personal, at-home, non-commercial purposes. The copyright appearing on a poem or
picture may not be removed by any means, including photo-manipulation software
of any kind. Express permission for such use is not required. If the downloaded
poems or pictures are made available to others, the following credit line is
requested on EACH page: "Poems and Pictures courtesy of Circle of Poetry (circleofpoetry.com)."

appearing on Circle of Poetry website for commercial purposes, including
commercial web sites must be requested from Dan Kantak in writing. When
submitting requests to Dan Kantak, please include the Connector's URL for the
page on which the Poem/s images/s appear/s, and describe the proposed use in
detail; a fee may be assessed for use.
